QuickQ FAQ: Answers to the usual questions
Where do I download QuickQ?
Open the official download page, pick the build for your system (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android), and you will be sent to the right distribution link. Use only the entries on quickq.foo, and stay away from third-party installers.
I installed it. What next?
Launch the client, sign in with the account you registered, then choose a route from the home screen and hit connect. Once the status reads connected, you are ready to go. On your first run, the tutorial is a good way to check each step.
Can I use my account on another device?
Install the client on the new device and log in with the same account; no new registration or purchase is required. How many devices can be signed in at once depends on your plan, which the plans page explains.
It is stuck on connecting. What now?
Start by disconnecting and checking that the device is online, then switch to a different route. If it keeps hanging, close QuickQ completely and start it again. If nothing changes, look at whether a system proxy or security app is blocking the client's requests.
Speeds keep going up and down
Stop downloads or streaming first, then move to a route with less load. Check that no other VPN or proxy app is running, because those can clash with QuickQ. Testing at several times of day will usually tell you whether it is the route or your own bandwidth.
What keeps my account safe?
Pick a unique password that is hard to guess, and do not reuse it elsewhere. Never give out login codes or account information, and get the client only from trusted entries like quickq.foo instead of unknown or cracked packages.
How do I see when my plan expires?
Sign in to the client and open the account area: it lists your current period, expiry date, and status. The purchase entry on the plans page shows the same. If it has expired, renew and sign in again to restore access.
What platforms can I install QuickQ on?
Supported platforms are 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, macOS 11 and above, iOS 14 and above for iPhone and iPad, Android 8.0 and above, and Linux desktops running Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and newer. Your device needs at least 2 GB of RAM and roughly 200 MB free. For Linux, see which builds the download page lists.
Is QuickQ free, and what are the prices?
Plans come in three lengths: 1 month for CNY 49, 12 months for CNY 299, and 24 months for CNY 499, each covering supported devices and online help. The official site has no permanent free tier; starting with one month is a sensible way to test it before choosing a longer period. Pricing and benefits are as shown on the plans page.
Is my browsing history recorded?
Under the official privacy policy, QuickQ handles account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and the diagnostics it needs, so it can create accounts, confirm plans, run the service, and answer requests. Uses include identity checks, service delivery, security, stability work, and legal duties. Personal data is never sold, and access control, transport protection, and internal audits limit risk; the privacy policy page has the full text.
Can I sign in on more than one device?
Every plan covers supported devices, meaning one account can install and sign in on several devices. How many can be online at once follows your current plan's terms. Adding or replacing a device only requires installing the client there and signing in with the same account; no new registration or purchase is needed.
I am connected, yet everything is slow
Stop downloads and streaming, then move to a route with less load, and confirm no other proxy or accelerator is active, as they can clash with QuickQ. Run tests at several times of day to see if the route or your bandwidth is at fault. If just one app is slow, look at that app's network settings and cache.
How do I verify the installer is genuine?
Stick to the download entry on the official site and check the domain before you install; skip third-party and cracked packages. If your system flags the source as untrusted, confirm it came from the official entry first, then allow it in system settings. Anything still odd can be checked against the FAQ troubleshooting steps.
